The DS001 is a static blade consistency transmitter for installation in pipelines. The special blade geometry ensures excellent linearity and high insensitivity to flow velocity. A precision sensor measures the force applied on the blade by the pulp. For applications on virgin pulp or recycled fibre.
The five-inch touch screen panel provides a simple and intuitive interface. Several useful functions such as signal filter, graphics, recipes are integrated.
